Who We Are
Zhenxi Funeral Service is a funeral service provider approved by the Taoyuan City Government. We obtained our license in 2019 and are based in Bade District, Taoyuan City, providing 24-hour home visits across Taiwan.
When a loved one passes away, many families face funeral arrangements for the first time, unsure what to do first, how much it will cost, or why each rite is performed. Our role is to be with you during this time and explain each step clearly, so you can say goodbye with care.
How We Support You
- We answer the phone 24 hours a day: whether it is daytime or late at night, call 0927-619616. A funeral director will first explain what to do over the phone, then arrange a home visit to help.
- Costs explained in advance: plan price ranges are published on our Pricing page, and you can use the online calculator for an initial estimate. Our staff assess the actual costs based on your specific needs and confirm each item with you before signing.
- Understanding the meaning behind the rites: zuoqi (the seven-day rituals), fengding (the coffin-nailing rite), helu (merging of ancestral tablets) — every rite has its meaning. We bring these explanations together in our Knowledge Base (Chinese page), so you understand what you are doing, rather than simply following along.
- Information you can verify: for information about subsidies, deadlines, and regulations, we prioritize government announcements and provide sources.
